Develop a form based application that contains 10 forms. All forms contain less then 20 fields. Each form's data will be saved to a SQLite database. Forms will contain basic validation for data. 4 forms will have the option to be saved as a templates. Templates can be loaded, changed, or deleted. The application needs to store a username and password for authentication and for communicating with a web service.
Create the main icon and 8 submenu icons.
80% of the form's GUIs are already created but does not contain any logic.
