I want an app made for both iphone and android. it is an audio recording app that needs to save the past 15 seconds of audio every time you press the button. i also want a website to go along with it so that everything that is saved in the app also appears in the users account in the website. i have a small budget for this project but i understand that this should be simple for people who are expirience in app development. i am looking for someone who needs the money and will do some high quality work.
