Form App that allows for data entry through onscreen keyboard and allows for up to 3 photos inserted inline with the data that are added through device camera or through device files. Photo needs to be tagged and trackable with the specific data entered.
Form needs to be repeatable and have the line item advance button with each new addition of form data. Data needs to be editable.
Form needs to exportable directly to Word as Table with Pictures auto sized to fit inline with data. And needs look like the existing onscreen form and be editable when exported.
Form needs to be Branded with Startup Screen and basic instructions, have an auto save to device option, and be able to export and email the file as a word 2007 document Final Screen needs to be signature capture.

Software needs to be compatible with android Phones iphones and android Tablets and ipads with Preference on android Tablet.
