I am interested in having someone create an ipad app for our free sample website. We figured we'd have a free version that linked directly to our page that lists the free sample (or links directly to the free sample but has ads) and a paid version (yearly) that links directly to the free sample link.

There should also be a thumbs up / thumbs down / not valid link (or 5 star rating system) that people can click. if enough people click not valid, it should be put in a que for our moderation. People should also be able to sort which free samples to view by either latest added or rating.
