Telerik Reporting for an ASP.NET site

Need help in creating a PDF, Excel, Word and Print Report generated by the Telerik Reporting Tool.
I want to know how the output of several report pages from a link with calling parameters is done.
The report contains of variable number of pages depending on DB values.
A more detailed spec is attached -- additional info will be provided.
If programming is required, then it should be done in C#. I have Visual Studio 2008.
As deliverables, I want the Telerik Reporting project, and screenshots of the major steps and/or a demo of that tool on my machine via TeamViewer.
