Responsive Website Design in .NET

I need someone to redesign the [url removed, login to view] website that is skilled in .NET, JQuery, responsive design and skilled in graphic design. This site must work in all browsers plus be responsive and work on iPad, iPhone, Android and tablets. The new design will require taking the content from the existing site and populating it into the following template:

The new template must have the blue color replaced and button colors replaced so that the new sites color scheme matches our applications new color scheme that will be sent by message attachment to the successful bidder.
The new site must include the homepage, about us, pricing, features, privacy, sitemap, and contact us pages. It must also include the case studies that are listed in the What Businesses Benefit pages.
The payments for the project will be as follows:
- Initial payment equal to 30% of the awarded project amount will be paid when the main page, about us, pricing, contact us and features pages are complete.
- 30% more will be paid when the sitemap and case studies pages are complete.
- The remaining 40% will be paid upon site completion, bug fixes corrected and project uploaded to our server through FTP.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to problems with previous coders not delivering as promised, no payment will be put into milestones or released in advance of the site being started and progress made.
