Sry, No Indian developers - do not bid. Looking for experienced web developer with proven skills in customizing/creating custom plugins for Wordpress CMS to convert complete HTML/CSS template pages into WP theme. You'll be developing logic and backend database of a website related to images. Prefer developers from Philippines, Indonesia, (English speaking South East Asia countries), Europe, America, Australia or UK.
The frontend is already completed with fully sliced, tested, W3C validated and optimized HTML with working jQuery, live on test server.
MAJOR FEATURES OVERVIEW:
a) FTP client support for uploading files in batch so that users can do the description/tagging in batch.
b) Resize image on the fly so user can download it in custom size (output in PNG or JPG format)
c) Search Engine with custom image sorting and filtration
d) User roles and permissions.

a) Scalable for easy future upgrades (this project is only phase 1)
b) Fast loading speed, stable performance with 100k page views per day
c) Ajax enabled to speed up backend content upload process
d) Render clean frontend HTML the way it currently is

f) Advanced speed and caching optimization
g) Best coding practices
