PHP/AJAX project (jquery)

The name of this project is "File Machine" and all information for this job can be found in the attached .pdf. Here comes the 1st page:

It is a web application run by apache/php which can do changes to files from a source directory which will be processed and saved to a target directory.

It is a one-page design run by AJAX. It must be clear usage of the framework jquery and/or jquery plugins. Do not do “hack-its” to the original jquery files. We want to choose the theme on our own by using the jquery themeroller. For development stage, lets use “Cupertino”. You can find it at [url removed, login to view]

Please make sure, you build the features as described below and not alternative solutions! No discussions, no negotiations and no excuses. Do only bid if You are really able to solve the requirements and accept the terms.

We need you to develop the entire application, i.e. PHP and AJAX/HTML/CSS. You must give us daily update/report on the work. So we know how it is going ahead and can be sure that you do not miss any work day. We must make sure there is no delay to satisfy this client. You must publish the current state of the work daily at your own web server; i.e. You do not give us any PHP sources, but we must see how the GUI is going ahead and will not accept delays or weasel words.

We had bad experience with freelancers from here and worry because everyone says “yes, I can do…” and because there are always delays with freelancers :-(

Last time we could not deliver because the freelancer was not able to do it and we lost fees for escrow and fl portal charges. That’s why there is no more escrow or advanced payment.

However, we do not ask you to deliver in advance. We will pay 100% instantly as soon as the app is completed and after we paid, you send us the sources. So there is no risk and no additional charges for you or me. Payment can be done through western union, visa, paypal or moneybookers.

If anyone asks us for additional details, we will know that you did not read the pdf properly and your chance will be gone. We will not chat with you or do small talk all day long because all we want you to do is finalizing this job properly and daily report by email as well as access to the current state of work from client side (no php sources, of course, only the output).
