WordPress Gravity Forms Image Crop Plugin

I need an experienced developer who has a Gravity Forms developer license to develop a plugin to add a new custom field. This tool do the following tasks:
1. Using an image upload field (such as post_image), user clicks to select their image and the val is stored in the field.
2. Upon change, this triggers the tool to:
a. Upload the image to a temporary location
b. Load it into the editor (either Aviary or JCrop)
3. User then crops his/her image
4. User then clicks save
5. Save triggers the tool to
a. Grabs the new image and forces the width and height to the preselect (which are defined in the Advanced tab in the admin)
b. Deletes the original image from the temporary directory
c. Stores the new image's path and filename in the field's val
6. When the form is submitted, the following occurs:
a. The image is saved as the either the post's featured image or in the media library with the id passed with the $entry['id'] (this is selectable in the Advanced tab also).
b. The new image is deleted from the folder
