I need someone to build a web app which will be able to make calls to virtual phone through the webpage. It will work like below:

- user#1 will open web page and will select 1 of 2 options- call or assigne his number

- in assigne number options he will just put his number(any) and will be active for receiving call

- user#2 will open the same web page and select call function. in new page he will put number to call . user#1 will hear ring and answer to call-thats it.
