Need to ASP developer to create the Web sales system: This is to help buyer to filter items available to buy by preset questions. These questions will act as filter to elminate the non qualify items. The item are group by categories/sub-categories. The admin will create items categories, items, item description in back end. The question and the qualify items are all set up in the back end. I have an Access db designed, to help started the projet. By no mean this is the final or functional design of what the actual db should be. You will have to re-evaluate the db design and come up with the correct db. I have provide screen shot of how this should work. 1) You will need to re-design the db. 2) design and code the asp/html logic. Provide all login, admin(back end) and front end the user customer screens. 3) I need you to create a dll to hold all the db call and sql logic. (Need both soruce of dll and compiled dll) 4) all asp code will be using dll instead of writing sql calls. 5) full functional web site. 6) 4) You will need to comment the codes in every function and every few lines.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) You will need to comment the codes in every function and every few lines.
