NEED PROGRAMMERS EXPERIENCED WITH MOVING AVERAGE EXPERT ADVISORS.

This project is for a single project and I want programming for Metatrader 4 (MQL). The strategy I want this project to cover is for only two moving averages.

This project should cover features such as:

- Spread Limit.

- Martingale & Anti-Martingale.

- Multiple Orders with Multiple TakeProfits & StopLosses.

- ..and a filter I made up!

I prefer this project to be broker compatible so I am automatically adjusted to the fractional decimal.

See Attachment for Input Parameters I made to be programmed.

I WILL NOT WIRE MONEY OR PAY OUTSIDE OF SCRIPTLANCE. I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL I HAVE TESTED THE EXPERT ADVISOR IN STRATEGY TESTER AND IT WORKS FINE AND IT WORKS ON STANDARD AND MINI.
