I am in need of a programmer to make an iphone app from scratch the app will be a voter registration app. Similar to [url removed, login to view] but it must be a stand alone application users should be able to fill out. The forms similar to rockthevote but without using rockthevote website. Once the user has filled out the forms the app will need to be able to email the user the finished form so they can sign it and send it to their local place. In addition included in the app their needs to be a section for Cycling Banner Ads, also if possible I would like to be able to easily change the running Banner ads after submission to APPLE. Either via some type of C-panel or a Joomla like service. This is a basic app so i am not looking to spend a lot of money, however I am looking for a app programmer for many future apps in the near future. If possible I would like to have the app ported to android in a later date and by doing this their will be a bonus for this.
