I am migrating some of my systems from a server running Coldfusion and MSSQL to a server running PHP and MySQL.
I would like to translate my scripts from Coldfusion/MSSQL to PHP/MySQL.
I require a LITERAL translation so that every line of code in the Coldfusion script has an equivalent in the PHP script, in the same order.
Where sections of the Coldfusion script are commented out, I require these to be commented out in the PHP script too.
I don't require improvements or bug fixes because the scripts work pretty well as they are. Also, I understand the scripts as they are and I would prefer not to have to re-learn how they work, other than get used to the change of scripting language.
I intend to start with one script (which is this project) to check that this is going to work. If it does work satisfactorily, then it is likely that there will be more scripts to process in the same way. Please bid for this one script.
I have attached a script and definitions of its associated tables.
The work deliverable will be a PHP script and table definitions suitable for MySQL.
I can install the script and create the tables myself.

What this script does...
The table am_questions_2008 contains questions that are commonly received by us, together with prepared answers.
The table am_enrollment_switch is used to select certain text depending on whether a flag is 0 or 1.
The operator can select a number of questions and the script will assemble responses to them all, together with salutation etc. The output is a block of text that can be cut and pasted.
