My site, Local Wine [url removed, login to view] is a schedule of wine/spirits events that allows folks in the industry to post their events to the site themselves through a form. I am interested in offering the option of letting folks submit events via email. I would like of offer a kind of email template with the appropriate data fields so that a "poster" can fill in the information and email it and my website will parse it and send it to the correct schedule. It would need to use current city/region id's and i would need a way for "posters" to get the correct city/region id for their area. Ideally, it would allow for multiple event submissions within the same email. I would like to offer the template to them online where they could choose the city/region and copy/paste the text template to an email, sending it to a special emaill address for processing. I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but can be flexible with some of the details to make it work.
