Enable "Question of the Day" blog or message forum to an existing web site.

Site: <[url removed, login to view]>

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

There are three capabilities that are required.

1. Enabled a sub-page that will house the QOD and visitor responses.

2. On the home page provide a table that will house the QOD and provide a link to the QOD home page. Table must be in compliance with current home page layout and technology (PHP based)

* If possible enable a 150to 180 character excerpt for the last three comments tot he current QOD. If this is too high end then we can skip this one.

3. The completed project must allow our non-tech administrators to manage the editing of the QOD, archiving and all responsibilities associated with member management.

I have identified three potential tools that I believe may provide all the management capabilities that we desire. The selected programmer will be responsible for selecting the proper tools that will meet the project expectations.

Google's Blog Tool: has all the blog capability requirements and is free.

In our initial research it appears that this tool is required for the google tool to allow members to post their responses to the QOD.

Or this one:

The tool located here may do the job of both:

I like these two for functionality
