I need a VB or C# application written to Spider the Top Echelon website at: <[url removed, login to view]> and return all recruiter contact information, for All Communities in All States, in a CSV file in the following format:

LastName

Title

Company

AddressLine1

Phone

Fax

Email

Website Address

The application should run as a Windows Form application and have the ability to:

1. Identify a File and Location in which to save Contact data

2. Ability to Start, Stop, and Restart the Spider

3. Visually show the current contact information being captured.

4. Display a progress bar indicating the percentage of completion of the Spider process.

I have contacted the owner of the Top Echelon website and received permission to Spider this website on an ongoing basis. Please note that I want the output of the initial Spider run in the specified CSV format as a deliverable along with the application executable and source code. I need the completed application and CSV file containing Spider results no later than 4:00 pm Tuesday, October 5, 2004. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Output from execution of Sipder application in CSV file format described in specifications should be provided in application installation package.

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
