[url removed, login to view] What we I need is a portal dealing with all the hotels in New Delhi, India. We want the site to be built using Plone and we have an arrangement with a hosting service provider. The homepage of the website will display a bar of links on the left side for the different parts of Delhi viz. South Delhi, East Delhi, North Delhi, West Delhi and Central Delhi. Clicking on either of the links for the parts will lead to Hotels in that particular area being shown. Each hotel’s record will contain the following fields : the Hotel’s name, the Hotel’s address’s LineOne, Hotel’s address’s Line Two, CityTownVillage, StateOrProvince, Telephone numbers, Fax numbers, email addresses, details of contact persons(i. e. name of contact person and his personal and mobile telephone numbers, alist if common facilities such as a shuttle pickup from airport, etc.; overall class of hotel( economy, budget, luxury, etc.); distance from an indeterminate number of landmarks; number of rooms in a class, amount of rent for a room in that class, any applicable surcharges and amenities for that class. The last field will be a textarea with a general description of the hotel. There should also be a provision for showing an image of the hotel(thumbnail) and adding many other images of the hotel. Users must be able to add comments about a hotel and assign it a rating on a scale of one to five, just like on Amazon.com. An average rating should be calculated based on each of the users’ ratings but there also should be an overall rating which can be assigned by the webmaster. If a user wants to search for a hotel he will have access to two forms: one called simple search and the other, advanced search. In the simple search form, the user will just choose the area that is, South, east, West, North, Central, Suburbs, etc. and in the advanced search he will be able to specify each parameter of a hotel’s record.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
