Proccess URL that downloads CSV (PHP)

Hi, I want you to make a script that when ran through cronjob it loads a URL however Before it runs the URL it needs to insert the current date and the date 7 days ago in the URL. I will give you the URL when you are accepted. It then wants to load it and read the csv columns and then process them and update the database. I have already a file that does this exact same thing except it does not insert the date in the url and it reads csv which is laid out different but it does the same processing. So you could base if of this. Matt.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
