Text Based PHP Game Fixing

The features that need fixing are:
+ Login - When you try to login it says you have mispelt the username or password even if you haven't.
+ Registering - Users can't register it says you have but never sends you a temporary password. I want the temporary password removed so in signu you choose your password and then the email that is sent to you just tells you Welcome and gives you your username you chose and your password you chose.
+ Adding Updates/Adding News - It just doesn't apppear.
+ Forums - The sripts all their I just don't think the information is going to and from the database. i don't know but thats my guess.
+ Online Users - There is a section which displays all users online. When you click on another users name it says they do not exist.
+ Account Management - When you click edit profile and things like that nothing happens.
+ Tribes - There is a part called Tribes I want it all to be renamed Gangs.
I believe these may all be becuse of one problem. You can have full acces to my database and my webserver. I would also like some new features added such as
+ The ability to commit crimes and gain experience from it. + The ability to attack other players and then once they are dead you get some of their money and you gain experience.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
