404 URL redirect script

We need a "404 redirect script" that redirect to a page or URL based on what is after the site domain name. Here is an example:

1. This would be typed into the browser - <[url removed, login to view]>

* there will be no file or directory named ABC123

2. 404 redirect script "reads" the ABC123 part from the URL

3. 404 redirect script queries SQL database to find ABC123 entry

4. If 404 redirect script finds ABC123, it returns the redirect directory/file name or URL (whatever is in the redirect field) and redirects user

5. If an entry is not found in the database, it is presumed to be a true "file not found" error and user is redirected to our standard redirect page ([url removed, login to view])

REQUIREMENTS

Language: ASP

Database: Microsoft SQL 2000

Must have an ASP page to enter new "redirects"

Must have an ASP page to manage (edit,delete) redirects

These pages do not have to be "password protected"

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
