We need develop a Web application that will have interface very similar to web outlook. Must be able to work with any IMAP, POP3, SMTP servers. User should have to be able to select primary IMAP, and multiple POP3 accounts.

They have functionality I need. The only issue is that thier code in php. I need in c# and asp.net.
I want all functionalities that this product (atmail) provides.
I do not expect you to start from the scratch. There are c# open source code available for protocols, mail objects and mime object/parser. Also we would concider to buy third party components like chilkat or mailbee objects or other. You may suggest it.
We are open to discuss size and budget for the project. We will not compromize on functionalities. Before going forward with the project I would expect to have a proposal from you with detail list of functionalities of the final product.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working website as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
