I need a SQL7 stored procedure that does the following
Tables (1): ClientInformation
Tables (2): tmpClientInformation
Here is the logic.
What I basically need is to move rows from one table to another;
tmpClientInformation -> ClientInformation.
But with some conditions.
conditions:
1. if the account (Row) that you are moving does not exist in the second table then basically do a straight move, all the columns for that row of tmpClientInformation should be moved to ClientInformation table. The default value for [Ignored Fee] is FALSE and [FeeScheduleID]=NULL
2. if the account (row) that you are moving over does exist then do the following
* if [Dealer Number] = ‘7723’ OR ([Dealer Number] = ‘9822’ AND [Rep Number] StartWith ‘AZ’) then move over everything except [AMSCode]
* if the above condition does not apply to the account then move over everything.
