Dynamic Flash image and link loader ebay

Project Description:
What I am looking for is a fla file that I can manipulate (graphically) myself in flash. (I can design graphics and use the basics of flash however I am not adept at PHP or Action Script which I believe both will be needed for this project).

The end result I would like is the right column here: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/EXCLUSIVE-MOBILES-LTD. It is a flash file which dynamically loads images, links and text from a page such as this column located on the left (under logo) here: http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/timy786/
Not too bothered about the time counting down. I am more bothered about it being functional and reliable.

I would only need to be able to manipulate the url page of the content to be imported to be used for other stores (Action Script or PHP)

I have made a simple php version however it adds up to 4 seconds on to a page load however flash does not stop the page from loading whilst it is loaded itself. You can see this in action here (left side bottom): http://stores.ebay.co.uk/postcardsetcetera
