Website rebuild

I run an image and video paysite and currently update it using an old version of ThumbPlus, which is extremely time-consuming. I need an update method that will add the new files to each celebrity's and model's page while at the same time grouping all the files together for the daily update with a link beneath each thumbnail leading to each person's page. I would also like to add a link under each thumbnail leading to all files from the source (e.g., movie, TV show, etc.) The job might be as simple as installing a CMS like Joomla or Drupal along with a couple plugins.

My main concern is what will work with my current directory structure, which I would like to keep since it's how I manage the files locally and it makes restoration easy in the event of data loss on the server. Here is a description:

All images are contained in the following folders:

/www/members/image_archive/celebrities/nonnude

/www/members/image_archive/celebrities/nude

/www/members/image_archive/fashion_models/nonnude

/www/members/image_archive/fashion_models/nude

All clips are contained in these folders:

/www/members/video_clips/celebrities/nonnude

/www/members/video_clips/celebrities/nude

/www/members/video_clips/fashion_models/nonnude

/www/members/video_clips/fashion_models/nude

In the 8 nude and nonnude folders above are subfolders named "a" through "z" and in those are additional subfolders sorted by the celeb or model's first name. The celeb or model folders are name thus: Firstname_Lastname.

There are currently 3 sections on the website, but I'm going to eliminate [login to view URL] and merge that section with JustSexyCelebs.com. The other section is JustFashionModels.com. I also want to eliminate the archive pages and simply have A-Z links ever present at the top, just like on http://www.mrskin.com. As for the pages the A-Z links lead to, with the merging of the celeb sections they could look something like this: [login to view URL] (all the file counts would be links).

Here are a couple other things I'm interested in:

A configuration menu that let's the user choose how many thumbnails per page and sort by date.

An in-browser clip player (with the option to play or download).

A favorites list with an opt-out email that is sent every time a favorite has an update.

A top 50 list for both the celeb and fashion model section.

SEO and PPC management.

I probably couldn't afford everything I've mentioned at first, but the work could be broken down in order of importance. The basic site (optimized for SEO) and merely the ability to add files daily with the new CMS would be an excellent start. Due to the fact that I've never had any SEO or marketing done my current Alexa ranking is 2,208,070. I'm sure that with just a little additional traffic I could keep the ball rolling and eventually have everything done.
