Customize Wordpress Photo Gallery Plugin

I need to install a photo gallery plugin for this website: [url removed, login to view]~bridge/ The photo gallery can be seen ABOVE the "About Us" section. The photo gallery needs to work like this. A user can scroll left/right through the photo albums and each photo album will have a caption. Once a user clicks on the album a lightbox will appear with the photos for that album. The lightbox will need left/right arrows so a user can click through the photos within the album. This needs to be very easy for the admin to manage the photos, so I was hoping we could customize a photo gallery plugin to fit within the existing design. The functionality I described above already exists, but it is not user-friendly within wordpress.
