I have 5 Excel spreadsheets that ask questions and my customers will input numbers to answer the questions—or select from a drop down with a Yes, No or N/A, and I want these sheets to be available on our website which will be in a members area—we are using Wordpress. The Excel sheets have between 20 and 80 questions each, and have some basic formulas like SUM , and IF, etc. Each sheet will have one or more numbers that need to be carried over to the other sheets. I want each sheet on a separate webpage if possible—and have it display and look like Excel. Data and formulas need to be hidden and protected. After entering their answers on all 5 sheets, there will be a final score that needs to be displayed on another webpage (Standings Page) that will show scores from all members. Scores must be saved in a database that is accessible.
Also….members will come back and go through all 5 sheets to answer the questions again, and may do this 4 or 5 times during a year--these 5 spread sheets need to remain the same and not be changed or edited on our site. When they retake the questionnaire, their new score needs to be posted underneath their old score, on the Standings Page, AND all of their scores need to be averaged and posted next to their name. So one can see each score for every time they have used this, AND then an average score of all their scores. There are some web apps for sale that will do most of this, but not add and average the individual scores to the Standing Page. I do not have a good idea on a budget for this at all.
