I am looking for a site similar to flightfox (dot) com

I need mine a little different but for purposes of confidentiality, I don't want to disclose it just yet. So let's assume I want a clone of the functionality of flightfox. Then when I found someone I want to work with, we can discuss some of the changes I would want and a new price.

Don't worry about the design, I will provide one, most likely a template.

There are 2 main parts to the site:

1. Questionnaire part where a user submits the "contest"

2. A system where "experts" can sign up and then "bid" on the trips

It looks like this:

I am not looking to spend a whole lot of money on this as I just want to do this following the "lean startup" method

It doesn't have to be custom coded. If you can find a wordpress plugin to handle something like this, even better.
