Real Estate Web Site

I want to connect potential home buyers and sellers with Realtors across the country. The home buyers, sellers and realtors will need to be able to register on the site with a user name and password. Everything will be done by zip codes. A seller will register there home by zip code and realtors will bid for the listing based on the zip code. No personal information will be given out to anyone until all parties are in agreement. The same is true for buyers. The sellers will be asked certain questions such as the location of the home, the size, condtion, price range, sq. ft. etc. The buyers will also be asked similar questions. The realtors need to be able to create a simple 1 page credentials page for themselves. Everything needs to come through the site and emailed between all parties to keep the privacey. This is the basic idea. I am open to suggestions. I need to be able to learn how to manage the site when everything is said and done. So it needs to be a simple website for me to understand yet it needs to be secure enough that no hackers can get into it. Here are a fee other web sites that are doing the same thing. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
