Fix opensource fingerprint recognition code - Arreglar reconocimiento de Huella en Openclinic GA

I am using an open source software called OpenClinic GA, the sourcecode is available here: [url removed, login to view] (running windows xp with tomcat6, mysql, jre1.4, JDK 6.)

The system works great except for the fingerprint recognition for users. Enrolling fingerprints works fine and saves the fingerprint image successfully. When reading the same fingerprint the result is always "No matching fingerprint found". I need someone to sort out the problem. The fingerprint recognition engine is based on the GrFinger library (Griaule biometrics). I'm not sure whether the problem is in configuration or a bug etc.
