* We do not have the source code so we will need to have it re-compiled.

* We are happy with the functionality but need to make it into a windows format on the front end.

* You must be capable of understanding design element and be able to work on your own initiative.

* We will need to have the menu text items capable of being changed into other languages at this design stage although the first cut will be to just convert what we have.

* We will need to later convert this to Linux and Mac operating systems.

* Must be available now be available for ongoing work over the next year or more on this project.

* We will provide screen shots of what we want it to look like ??" however you will need to be capable of re-compiling and re-writing in Java or Visual Basic.net.
