I am looking for an image upload/designer which will allow a customer to upload their own picture and have it cropped/resized to preset dimensions (like found here [url removed, login to view]) and then be able to add their own text with the ability to move/resize/delete the text (like seen here [url removed, login to view]). Ideally, this compiled image will then be sent to a shopping cart (OSCommerce, or another free cart) and included as part of the order.
Additional functionality would allow us to have an unlimited number of "templates" which the user could choose from to add their own text to, or use as a background for their own picture.
The final deliverable must include all source files (FLA for flash, scripts, etc) and must be decently documented.
