SMS App for Blackberry

I need a blackberry application that writes SMS messages. After the SMS text is written, the program will need to turn it into a LINK that I can click, and as Blackberry finds all links and automatically opens it in it's browser, that's perfect. In the options page I will need to be able to insert the following: A) username B) password C) e-mail address The program will have to take the predetermined website that I will provide and add the username, password, e-mail address, and then from the text message the TO number, and then of course the text and form all of that information in a link that I can click. It will need to be able to count the number of characters that have been entered. As specified before in the options menu, the program will need to AUTOMATICALLY send an e-mail to that e-mail address and include the TO and SMS TEXT in it. If there are more than 160 characteres, it will need to present the first 160 in one link, and then then next 160 in another. There will be a maximum of 3 SMS links. On the options page it will also need to have a TOTAL SMS sent, incremented every time a LINK is generated. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I'm not open to turning this application into a website.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
