Simple project, almost is done just need a quick help to finish it since I won't have time this week and the client this with urgency.

IMPORTANT: should work in all browsers ( IE 6+)/ firefox,
safari, chrome.
Tasks are:
GENERAL FOR ALL PAGES
- All content should appear without need to scroll down (except page "Projetos" that has more
content and won't be possible)
- Resize background image to fit window size (should be proportional and have a minimum size of 1024 x600)
- Footer should appear on the bottom
- - navigation menu (add a hover effect similar to [url removed, login to view] . a png image should follow as an arrow, the place where
the user is with the mouse). I don't have the image yet, use anything for a placeholder
