This is simply a proof of concept. I need a way to save google map images from streetview. Then I will edit some of them, and then I need them to be called back in replacement of the maps that are shown back to the user for street view and google maps. The the google maps API needs to be used so that I can embed the street view on my web page, and then when a user gets to location X or view X, it will show the maps/images that I have edited, instead of the real versions of them. So the application or web script will need to know to load the replacement map. It's a bit complicated, but I will give you the server that you can work from, and you can experiment until you get it right. Remember how google maps works, there are multiple images for multiple angles, so I will need to edit a group of images, and they need to be replaced so that it looks like nothing is missing.
