iam needing a web based app using php / mysql etc.
it is very simple:
i need a web based admin panel. i can be a super user and can add extra super users and normal users. i can upload address DBs in CSV format to the system. i can also export them to CSV.
A normal user logs in with their user name and password, and can select an address from the list on their screen. When this address is being used, no one else can access this address and shows on others users screen as 'in use'. a user can copy address details from the screen and also enter in some additional text fields and checkboxes for the address inc a text box for an ip address. these details can be saved by the user and are stored in the main DB, this is also time and date stamped (the time they opened the address and the time they marked as 'completed' and saved it). once a user has marked an address as 'complete' it is not visible for any other users apart from super users.
Also on any users screen they have 'IP Check' box. When they enter an ip in this box, it searches the main DB for this ip and shows all rows that have this ip address stored.
We can upload different 'address types' with csv and can assign certain normal users to only be able to view addresses from certain 'types'
