We want the navigation to be changed from the left large section button and upper right sub nav to the tabs for the main sections and then the buttons under the tabs for the sub nav. All of the current pages do already go through one php template. We need an implementation that has the tabs as divs -- graphics as the background and lays the text on top of the graphic. I would like an implementation that allows me to add or remove tabs in this main navigation easily. Breadcrumbs are already implemented, just need CSS and placement changes. The content below the breadcrumb area is just for reference - not part of this project. That should be the center content area defined by a div though.
I would like this project to also include a programmatic clean up of our CSS file. I would like redundancy eliminated and comments added to the CSS file. I don't want just a quick and dirty implementation. I would rather this be super clean so we can build off of things.
