SkaDate - Redesign and Update Features

Hello,

We really need an EXPERIENCED SKADATE "SMARTY" PROGRAMMER WITH ADVANCED SKILLS for this project (no other Provider will be considered). Please do NOT bid unless you are truly advanced since it takes up too much time for review.

We have had a SkaDate script we had last year and we attempted to have it updated with the attached requirements, redesign and update flirt features. The previous Provider did half of the job, but was unable to redesign the layout to make it more attractive and "user friendly". The previous Provider did the following:

1) Added the requirement links (but did not place them in an attractive way

2) Added the function links (but we wanted text instead of images)

3) Did NOT create the cron jobs

For this project, we would like to use this updated script, but would like to have the following:

1) MUST install script on test server

2) Make layout more attractive and "user friendly" -- it just needs to look clean without being messy

3) Update the "flirt" feature so that we can add new messages in the flirt area so members can select a message

4) Make inner pages more attractive and user-friendly

5) Create cron jobs based on requirements

6) Update the profile page and requirements based on the attached ZIP file

7) Do a test and install (we did test for bugs, but another test would not hurt)

This really is a simple concept so we hope you can follow it. Most of the functions and links are in the script, but it just need to be moved around and redesigned so it looks logical and functional. We just really want to use this script but do not want to have to start all over again.

If it would be easier to just use another CHEAP script with our requirements, please let me know and I would consider it. We would not like to go over 30 days to have this done. Thanks.
