I need a simple yet expandable stock control system, which has to be web hosted and written in PHP/MySQL it may also use AJAX and Javascript for enhanced presentation. It would be a bonus if it can use the QCODO PHP library and framework.
Most important is that the system has to be able to handle mixed UTF8 languages at the same time. Particularly english and simplifed Chinese. Therefore I feel I need a chinese/english speaking engineer.
The project will procede in several phses, so I am loking for a long term relationship.
Phase 1

Basic multi user database and data entry forms and simple reports for stock items, controlof stock and supplier information
Phase 2
========
Addition of PDF routines to provide emailable PDF reports and listings.
Phase 3

Addition of order entry system to enter order information and order parts from suppliers using emailable PDF documents
This is an URGENT and short term project .
The price range for this project indicates budget available for the whole project. The requirement is to work in phases. I am looking for bids based on an hourly rate where we can negotiate each pahse step by step
