Wordpress Custom Plugin Development

We are looking for a PHP Programmer with experience coding Wordpress plugins. The position will entail:

=>> Custom Wordpress Plugin Development From Scratch

=>> This plugin will auto tweak all images of a Wordpress blog to increase the website speed

=>> It'll auto optimize images to make them search engine friendly

=>> It'll have a built-in system like [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view] to reduce every jpeg & PNG images size 3x-5x of the blog automatically & still maintain the same image quality

=>> Same feature goes for GIF. If user uploads an GIF image. The plugin will auto convert it to PNG/JPEG (The one works better) & optimize it like above.

=>> It can use truecolor image optimization to reduce the image size. The posterization simply reduces the amount of colors, converting similar colors to the single one, thus creating posterized regions. This helps to perform a better scanline filtering and achieve a better compression.

=>> The plugin will strip meta data from JPEGs

=>> As I already mentioned it'll convert certain GIFs to indexed PNGs

=>> It'll strip the un-used colours from indexed images

=>> User can also run his/her existing images through the plugin via the WordPress Media Library to optimize them.

=>> The plugin may goes down or is under heavy load. So it should have the ability to handle this type of situation

=>> It should use [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view]) to load only necessary images. Yes this plugin will load only those images which are visible in the viewport (visible to the user). This way it should helps in reducing users server’s bandwidth.

=>> it should automatically adds alt and title attributes to all the images for improving traffic from search engines. If users images do not have ALT and TITLE already set, plugin will add them according the options user set. Additionally this makes the post W3C/xHTML valid as well.

=>> it is important for visitors as this text will automatically appear in the tooltip when mouse is over the image.

=>> WordPress allows user to upload heavy images but its not good for user's server and load time of user website. This plugin will automatically resizes huge images and makes sure maximum upload size is respected for all uploaded images. This plugin should also works with Multi site to allow admins to control the image uploads.

=>> You should be able design a step by step user friendly UI for the plugin user

Contractor requirements

We want someone who’s skilled and can take responsibility quickly. In addition, we’re seeking:

1. Good working knowledge and experience in WordPress, HTML and CSS

2. Ability to build new Wordpress sites

3. Technical knowledge for maintaining websites + promoting sales

4. Basic on-page Search Engine Optimization knowledge for coding

5. Good command of English

6. Prefer someone from the Bangladesh
