I search a person to create a wordpress template like this template:

but with few modifications like:

- template in french (that i can translate, i'm french)

- possibility to add videos in featured posts

- possibility to change colors in admin panel (6 colors differents for the background and the text, title..)

- add ads in widgets

- add twitter posts on index page
