Grab Google Data Using Their API

I need a script that will allow me to upload a large number of keywords, and then grab the Result and Bid data from Google using their API. This script should then call a script on my server which will update the information for each keyword in the database. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE RESULTS AND BID DATA ARE IN GOOGLE, THIS IS NOT THE PROJECT FOR YOU. This script would need to run on a continuous basis so that all the keywords in the database are regularly updated. I would also need to be able to add new keywords to the list from time to time, at which point they would be updated first prior to updating older keywords. Also, in the event of connectivity issues the script needs to be smart enough to pick up where it left off, so that if something drops on the 800,000th keyword it doesn't start back over at #1. When responding, please make sure to include: 1) Any applicable experience you have working with Google-related scripts. 2) How you plan to approach this project. 3) How you plan to get around the IP blocking issues. It is ESSENTIAL that you get me this information if you want to be considered a "finalist". I look forward to your bids. SIDE NOTE: I'm not asking anyone to build a script that would violate Google's terms of service. All this information can be had using their freely available API.
