533339 Code Fixes For Website - Possible Platform Move

Please have a look at my site [url removed, login to view] and go to TShirts --> 100% Cotton --> G200 Gildan Tee. When a customer goes to a shirt choice that has this many color change choices it take FOREVER for the page to upload. (as you should have noticed when going there) I need to upload normally/fast.
I'm told there are too many issues with the code of this site and it was originally coded extremely poorly from original builder. It has been attempted to be optimized and refreshed on the code, but still have too many issues especially with transferring of items off old hosting.
I need someone that has confidence of fixing this issue! The platform is built in OS-commerce and I've also been told that it may e an issue in having that as my platform. I don't know, but it might need a rebuild in Magneto or something.
