magento fix script for import

This is for fixing existing script to upload to magento for tier pricing. I got the export done and you can see attatched csv ([login to view URL]) what fields it exports.

I need someone to do import now and fix the attached script called ([login to view URL]) so I can import the ([login to view URL]) CSV back to magento.

Test site will be provided.
