iOS Mobile App- Professional UI design + quality

I need a highly skilled and beautifully designed mobile app done quickly and efficiently.
Need a very experienced designer who can also do UI design and create a polished, clean, feature rich iOS mobile apps in a timely and professional manor while linking it to the back end- the web part with php etc...all on my c panel.
The app will include multiple pages, tagging features, a worldwide feed as well as individualized feed based on connections. The app must have a picture taking feature, uploading both content and images, as well as realtime feedback from around the world from profile to profile.
This job is very detailed and in depth, but needs to be created quickly. I'm sure a very skilled developer would find this very simple to create, however.
Requirements:
-Must be able to go off a detailed wireframe and create a design if needed.
-Speaks English well. THIS IS A MUST. If I sense your english is at all off, I will stop all connection with you.
-Programmer and UI designer
-At least 250+ hours on oDesk
-5 star rating (or at least close to it)
-Someone who takes pride and professionalism in their polished products
-someone with whom I can observe all work being done.
-NO HOURLY PAY, this is a budget job and will be done in increments. When I receive pieces, I will pay you.
-You must be familiar with TestFlight, and able to use it for the app.
Note that the bid specifications are firm, and you WILL be signing an NDA should you be selected for further screening.
