Hourly coding on several ongoing projects.

I am looking for someone I can hire on an hourly basis for a couple of ongoing projects.
Probably 10-15 hours per week for the next 6 months+.
All development is done within Cakephp framework. (if you're not strong with Cakephp... please don't apply).
First few items on task list:
install/config carddav/caldav server on my vps box. (I think I want to use Owncloud to allow some webdav capabilities)
-I want to move away from google.
Cardav server integrated with existing custom CRM application.
-Contacts created/ updated in CRM created/ updated on Carddav.
-Contacts created/edited on phone/email client pushed to Carddav server and sync'd with crm contact table.
Caldav server integreate with custom CRM application
-similar to above. Calendar items created/updated in CRM should be inserted into caldav.
-Need a nice Google type of calendar UI in my crm.
-Calendar items created/ updated from other sources pushed to caldav and sync'd with crm.
Several existing web scrapers need maintenance as well as building some new ones.
Several project involving Google maps.
I want an independent freelancer as opposed to trying to coordinate with a small company and project manager.
Looking for individual I can depend on long term.
Will also consider bids on just the contact/calendar integration component.
