3281 PHP/MYSQL Script

Hi. I have a website up and running that has one table on one page. It is a 3 column table with 1)graphic tag for article 2)Article Headline (live linked) 3)date. I made it in Dreamweaver. This is hard to update b/c if I want to add more headlines, I have to create a whole new page in DW and push the table data down- it gets very tricky. 1)I need a script made where I can login to the back end and a)choose a tag b)write my headline (w/live URL) c)default's to today's date. 2)The site must paginate and I must be able to adjust the number of headlines per page. EG. if I specify "15", it will only show the most recent 15 headlines, and break up the others into groups of 15 and paginate them creating new pages (page 2, 3, 4, 5). 3)php coding in middle must be based inside of DW template that I give you so I can easily update the whole site at once if I need to. 4)Also the php output must look very good. PMB and I will give you the URL to show you what I have now and what I'm looking for.
