I wanted to know if you can design a web page using PHP which will allow someone to upload a file onto my webserver in a folder called uploads.

These are the specifications:

* I want to be able to specify the file types in the code

* I want to be able to specify the MAX file size in the code

* I do not want the download to occur or start unless the first two requirements are meet (i.e. file type & size - To conserve bandwidth and storage space)

* Lastly, I would like to have a simple log file to see who/where the files are coming from. Please let me know if there are any security threats I should be aware of beyond this log file.

That is it for the first part. Let me know your price and I will supply you with my ftp password. I already have a basic upload page designed but the PHP does not work for some reason. You can see this at [url removed, login to view] I have attached the [url removed, login to view] for your review. Also, I would like to know what will happen if the same file is uploaded twice will it automatically overwrite the previous?

SECOND PART.

If you need, I will create a second project for this one. Please specify if you are bidding for just first part, both or all three parts.

Nevertheless, this time I would like for you to take the same upload page to transfer a file to a folder except this time I want a 'Name' field value to be sent along with the file. I want either 'the file' or 'a link to the file' along with the senders name to be stored in a MySQL DB:table with three fields (1) person_name and (2) link_to_file or the actual file itself if this is possible and lastly (3) Date/Time. This will allow me to query a persons file from a group and track how many times they are sending me files.

If you can confidently create such a script for me I welcome your bid. Thank you.

THIRD PART.

PS - Let me know what you would charge to create an upload page that would allow the user to upload an entire directory and restrict any .exe files regardless of where they exist within the directory. I am looking for the most robust solution. I would be using this to collect and evaluate my students FrontPage(i.e. web site) assignments.

If you can do all that will be SUPER but it certainly is not a requirement. However, I will need to know up front which part you will complete for me in order to establish the price.
