Radio TimeTable Plugin (Update / Development)

Hi There,

I’m looking for a plugin to be developed for an online radio station which will manage a timetable / schedule for the website.

There is currently a plugin already available on [url removed, login to view] called “ShowTime” but unfortunately this has a load of bugs and faults.

I have already had some work completed on this plugin, and its about 75% complete but database tables need to be manually added to get it to work.

Ideally I would like someone to update the same plugin so it can then be installed on other sites via uploading the plugin within WP Admin and without having to manually add database tables etc. I want the plugin to install like any other plugin you would download off wordpress.org.

The plugin I have at the moment really needs to be re-developed, maybe have the code cleaned and neatened up but to also work with the current versions of WordPress.

The plugin being used is called "Show Time" and is designed to display a radio station timetable on a WordPress website. The plugin includes an admin area where you can add dj shows, descriptions, times and images. Additionally the plugin also includes a sidebar widget that displays the current radio show.

Below is a summary of the modifications needed to the plugin:

1) Update the plugin so it works with the latest version of WordPress

2) Convert the plugin so it can be installed easily via the WP Admin pages without the need of manually adding extra DB fields.

3) At the moment the plugin only shows weekly / daily shows. There are some variations too which include:

- Fortnightly shows

- One off Shows

- Monthly Shows

- Weekly Shows

The problem we are facing is that there are some djs who do weekly shows, then others who are maybe doing monthly (This maybe 4 weeks or 5 weeks depending on the days in the month) or fortnightly shows. So this needs to be taken into consideration.

4) I need the ability to highlight whether the show is one of the above, i.e. weekly, monthly etc. It would be ideal if this was a checkbox or drop down box.

5) Currently the schedule is showing the first show at 12:00am for that day, it needs to start from 7am.

6) The main schedule page within a tab layout. e.g. "Monday", "Tuesday" etc. The current day to open first.
