175558 Simple Vbulletin Review Script

I'm looking for the creation of a vBulletin mod that will:

-- let me enter products via the admin with seperate URLs for seperate countries. The system should use geotargetting to display the proper URL to the proper country.

-- use a custom form to store user entered data into an external database, but also combine this data into a single post in vBulletin.

The script should use the 4-letter word redirect type of thing built into vbulletin to redirect any of the keywords I select for a given product to this affiliate URL. In other words. If I type "Washing Machine" in as a keyword in my product, I would like any mention of washing machine on my entire vBulletin forum to be linked to this product.

I wrote out a few detailed list of everything I need in the attachment.

I am a php/mysql programmer and could do this myself, but I'm unfamiliar with the vBulletin system and I'm a little too swamped to do it myself.
